2. These Terms
These Terms apply when you use our website or buy goods from us online.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any other policies linked from them, including our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Delivery Information, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

3. Order acknowledgement, payment and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic order acknowledgement from our website or payment provider. This means we have received your order, and your payment has been authorised or processed. It does not mean we have accepted your order.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance in writing or dispatch the goods. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Gold Centre Jewellers Ltd.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if, for example, the item is unavailable, the price or product information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, security checks are not passed, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the payment promptly using the original payment method where possible.

4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our approved payment service providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

5. Pricing, availability and product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product information, prices, images, descriptions, specifications, and availability are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur. If we identify an error with the price, description, availability, or product information before accepting your order, we may contact you to agree how to proceed or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Product images are provided to help describe the item. Colours, size, scale, finish, and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, photography, and natural variation in materials.
Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

6. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Our Delivery Information page explains how we process and dispatch online orders.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods, and request a refund are explained in our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the problem.
Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer a suitable remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

9. Bespoke, personalised, resized, altered and repaired items
Bespoke, made-to-order, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, or repaired items may be subject to separate terms agreed with you before the work is carried out.
These items may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return once work has started or the item has been altered to your specification.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods or services are faulty, not as described, or not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

10. Website use
You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, or other material that is harmful or technologically damaging.
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

12. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
